s stated in last weeks newsletter the Christmas party will go on as usual at the KAMR headquarters at N6421 County Road E in the Town of Oneida. The time has now been set for the dinner to begin and that will be 6 PM. Families are expected to arrive ahead of time to ready themselves for the feast of baked ham and fresh bread. Side dishes will abound and no one will be turned away for lack of food.
Drinks are another issue, Kat will be producing her usual non alcoholic punch and that will be about it unless water is good enough for you, so if you need something a little stronger or a bottled soft drink you should consider bringing that along with you. There usually are a couple of bottles of wine being passed around and I don't know where those come from. Deserts will be cookies and Cleen Poquette usually brings an assortment of candy laid out on the counter in the breezeway.

After dinner The Kat has a game for the children involving prize money. After the children finish with their Christmas party then the adults gather in a circle to exchange their "As seen on TV gifts" of which participation is optional. All this time guests are milling about the house visiting with each other and having a merry time. Smoking is permitted in the garage area and drinking is permitted everywhere.  Last years guest attendance reached 67, this years count is expected to exceed last years attendance.

Alex Pickett is preparing to have a New Years Eve party the last day of this year at T&C's pub located on the frontage road of  I41 next to Bobcat. Details of the party are not yet available but entertainment is planned.

Along with the new year comes the KAMR predictions for 2012. Think about what you might want to predict would happen in the new year or any announcements that you may like to make and send them to The Newsletter here. Submissions will be added to the predictions section of "The year in review" scheduled for the January 3rd newsletter.
