argaret "Peg" Vanlanen is scheduled to have a pacemaker installed this Friday.
Vanlanen 66, is on the short list for the procedure due to her declining health regarding her heart condition. Siblings were deeply concerned about the health status of Vanlanen as they walked about wringing their hands in worry and loudly calling to the lord for help to save the aging matriarch of the Poquette Family. Immediate family members were not as concerned however as they carried on their daily business and ignored chances for comment to the press. It is not known how many of her 4 offspring will be on hand to comfort the Town of Oneida inhabitant before and during the procedure that is expected to last up to 2 hours.

procedure which he says is more common now than ever and is considered to be safe among health care professionals. He went on to say that the procedure may take up to two hours but is expected to go faster than the time allotment because of her young age and is what is called "out patient surgery" which has come to mean that the procedure is
considered to be more or less routine as compared to other surgeries.
Dan Vanlanen 65, has not had the procedure done on himself but has extensively researched the facts and is proud to disclose that he has pre-purchased the most economical pacemaker on the market for his wife. The device which arrived from ebay last week is "the best deal for the money" says Vanlanen and comes with a complete 10 year warranty. Vanlanen went on to say that the device is rechargeable and therefore will not be a financial burden regarding the purchasing of batteries.

GOLF OUTING DATE SET
Last minute arrangements regarding the annual Poquette Family Golf Outing have been placed at a local golf course although the after party has not yet been finalized.
Alex Pickett who last year inherited the annual golf outing extravaganza planning from Stephonia Prevost, organized the
event at a golf course near the west side of De Pere known as Highland Ridge. The course, of which he was a member seemed adequate to everyone who attended last year, however as the date approached for this years event some lobbied to have the venue changed for inexplicable reasons. Pickett who is not a member at the aforementioned course heeded the advice to seek other courses for the event and chose the Mid Vallee Golf
Course on County Trunk U near highway 41 for this years outing. He has secured enough places for 5 foursomes on September 7. The sign up is below so get your name in fast.
